You’ve officially completed the Pilates Summer Series.
Thank you SO much for taking time out of your day to embark on this challenge with me. After completing 3 weeks of Pilates, yoga, and self-care I hope you feel more beautiful, strong, confident and capable than you did before.
Remember, true confidence comes from within.
Don’t think you have what it takes to strut your stuff in a bikini WITHOUT a cover up this year? You’re wrong. You do. You are beautiful, strong, healthy and free to live without shame.
In fact, when it comes to confidence, I think we often get it wrong.
We think we have to be confident in order to wear a bikini or play with our kids without fear of what we look like uncovered.
But the truth is we become confident by feeling the fear and doing it anyway.
Don’t hide! Be you! Be proud of the shape you’ve been blessed with and all that you body can do.
It’s up to us. We get to decide. We can be women who miss out or women who dive in.
I’m choosing to dive in this summer and I hope you will too.
And while you’re lounging by the pool feeling beautiful, radiant and relaxed, enjoy this healthy Watermelon Granita recipe to stay cool.
Healthy Watermelon Granita
2 cups frozen watermelon
2 ice cubes
3/4 cup coconut water
juice from 1/2 lime
1 teaspoon raw honey
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender, pour in your favorite fancy glass and enjoy!
Note: True granitas take a bit more work. This is the busy girl’s granita and it tastes just as good. :)
