The Details…

The program is still 100% practical and manageable just like the Pilates Summer Series and #mindbodymat.

The Workouts…

You will receive a new full length workout in your inbox every Sunday.

Each video is 40 minutes long (totally do-able, even if you have to break it up into 2 parts) and you commit to doing that video 4x throughout the week on your own time.

Each week is a full body workout but has a specific muscle focus (abs, arms, legs, etc.)

The videos are downloadable and yours to keep forever.

The Meal Plan…

In addition to workouts, I send you weekly meal plans and snack ideas that you can mix and match to your liking.

(Smoothies, salads, soups, entrees, almond beauty bars…)

The meals (provided by Parisi Nutrition) are nourishing, satisfying and comprised of real, whole, nutrient-dense foods.

The Support System…

I am available for unlimited email coaching & support throughout the entire program.

We set goals, we journal, we email and we all connect and share our stories in a private Facebook group (so you can share things that you may not want to share to everyone you’ve known since high school).

If your goal is to lose weight we check in every Wednesday for accountability.

If you don’t want to focus on a number we simply check in with how you’re feeling and what’s working/what’s not.

It’s an AMAZING program and honestly, I’ve been told to raise the price but I kept it super affordable ($297) because I want it to be accessible for those of you on a budget. In-person a program like this would cost $2,000.00+.

And the truth is, when you invest your money in a program like this (aka: have a little skin in the game) you are much more likely to succeed.
