Foam Roller Video: computer-shoulder care

This video is for those of you who struggle with neck and shoulder tension.

Perhaps it’s from sitting at your computer all day or perhaps it’s from holding, lifting and feeding your baby.

If you think about it, much of what we do in our daily lives can easily create unwanted tension in the upper body.

Just think how often you are hunched forward during the day: typing, reading, texting, holding, driving, eating…the list could go on.

This video will open up your chest, release tension in the neck and shoulders and restore mobility to your joints and bones. And it will just feel oh-so-good.

Do this after a long day and your body will thank you.

  1. This is definitely a video that will be useful for me, since I do sit at a computer all day. Not only do I have “computer-shoulder” but I believe the sitting has been causing soreness in my back and spine for years. Maybe this shoulder exercise will help with that too? I got a foam roller several months ago and have love using it, so look forward to doing this video.

  2. That was amazing!!!! Please do one for the lower back too. Mine is sore from poor posture from sitting at a desk!

  3. Hi Robin! Is there a particular brand of foam roller that you recommend? Also are they one-size fits all? I was hoping to get one that my fiance and I could share, but he’s 6’0 and I’m 5’3. Thanks for your help!

    1. Hi Amy!

I am not sure how well these would work for a 6 foot person but I’m 5’7″ and they work great. They’d also work great for you.

This is the one I have that’s durable and will last you a long time.

Here is a more affordable option that won’t be quite as firm but will still work great.
