28 Days of Pilates: Day #8 + a GIVEAWAY!

First off, CONGRATULATIONS!

You’ve officially completed the first week of the 28 Days of Pilates challenge. You should be very proud of yourself. I have no doubt that you will be able to complete this challenge. Together, we CAN do this.

For an extra dose of motivation, I’m excited to announce our very first giveaway!

You may have noticed that OurBodyBook.com has picked up my Pilates challenge and has been running it on their website as well.

OurBodyBook.com is the blog for Cameron Diaz’s latest project, The Body Book.

Cameron wrote The Body Book “to merge information with action so that we will all know how to take care of this machine we call our bodies, from eating to moving to getting enough sleep, and everything else that impacts our health and happiness.”

It’s a perfect fit for The Balanced Life message so I’m thrilled to partner with them in this venture to spread health, happiness and self-care.

Good news…

Cameron’s team has generously offered to give away a free copy of The Body Book to one lucky participant.

In addition, to continue spreading the Pilates love I’m throwing in a FULL scholarship for The Pilates Body Program!

  1. I was up before the crack of dawn today and before day 8 was posted. I decided to re-do day 1 abs and catch up on day 8 later on. Love the giveaways!! Headed to my daughters State competition for Pom! Happy Saturday!!

  2. Oh and I wanted to say how amazing that you are getting such recognition from The Body Book! Way to go Robin! You so deserve this. 🙂

  3. Day 8 done! Doesn’t seem like a week already. I’m excited each day to do this and actually look forward to doing the exercise!!! That’s not common for me!!! Thanks Robin,,,

  4. Loved the ab exercise today. The elbow plank was good, but was only able to do half of the part of lowering the knees. Hopefully as time goes by my body will get stronger to lowers the knees through the whole count. Love the exercises though and congrats to you also!!! 🙂

  5. Loving my daily pilates! I’m remembering how much I love pilates and realizing how much I’ve missed it. Also, awesome giveaway! I’m not on twitter or instagram, but it’s very cool that you’re featured on Cameron’s blog. Congrats!

    1. Thank you! I’m glad you’re enjoying it. If you’re on Facebook you can post your photo to my page there and I’ll count it as an entry 🙂

  9. After walking for hours today, when I came back home I didn’t feel like doing anything else but this Challenge is so much fun that I wanted to keep up so at 9:15pm I actually did the workout and it felt great! So if anyone else feels that way at some point just remember it’s a few minutes only!
